We're excited that you're considering joining TORCH. Below you'll find all the information you need to complete the registration process and become an active member of our vibrant community.
Registration Steps:
Discern your volunteer positions:
At the bottom you will find 5 different menus, Events, Clubs, Celebrations and Feast Days, First Friday Mass and General Positions, each menu has many options of volunteer opportunities to choose. We encourage you to select more than one position, many of them are simple commitments.
Please consider that events or clubs without a coordinator won't happen.

Go to your cart and finish your payment.
If you take more that one volunteer position, you can use discount code "WORKERBEE" at checkout, it will reduce your amount to $50 again.
Active Participation:
Parent Involvement: Each family commits to participating in the planning and execution of events, classes, and activities. This collaboration ensures a diverse and enriching experience for all our children.
Roles and Responsibilities: Parents must volunteer in one or various roles such as organizing field trips, teaching classes, coordinating feast days, managing clubs, and more. Your registration is not done until you select a volunteer opportunity and make the payment.
Membership Fee:
To cover some of the costs of events, materials, and club activities, each family contributes an annual fee of $50.
Payment can be made online via our website.
Orientation Meeting:
Attend our Welcome Breakfast to learn about our group's mission, values, and activities.
This meeting will provide an overview of our group's structure, upcoming events, and volunteer opportunities.
